1. Double-eccentric soft seal structure with zero leakage: Adopting classic double-eccentric mechanical design, the disc sealing surface is completely separated from the valve seat without contact friction during the whole opening and closing process, eliminating sealing surface wear thoroughly. With the elastic compensation characteristic of fluoroplastic soft seal, it realizes bidirectional zero leakage after closing, with sealing performance far superior to ordinary concentric butterfly valves.
2. Sensitive opening and closing with low operating resistance: The double-eccentric structure effectively offsets the impact force of medium pressure on the disc, greatly reducing the opening and closing torque. It is labor-saving in manual operation, faster in response and higher in control accuracy when matched with automatic driving devices, suitable for high-frequency opening and closing working conditions.
3. Wide adaptability to medium and low temperature working conditions: The special fluoroplastic seal material has stable performance, with a conventional applicable temperature range of -20℃ to 200℃ and nominal pressure grades including PN10, PN16 and PN25, fully meeting the needs of most normal-temperature and medium-low temperature general industrial working conditions.
4. Dual structural specifications with strong installation adaptability: The series includes two mainstream structures: D372F wafer type and D342F flange type. The wafer type features compact size, convenient installation and low cost, suitable for compact pipelines; the flange type has stable connection, uniform pressure bearing and more stable sealing, adapting to long-term operation of fixed pipelines.

Multiple driving modes compatible with automatic systems: Equipped with standard worm gear and worm manual reduction transmission mechanism, it can be flexibly installed with electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. It supports both switch and regulation control modes and can be seamlessly connected with industrial automatic control systems to realize remote intelligent management and control.
6. Excellent flow performance and energy saving: The full-bore butterfly channel is smooth without throttling dead angles, with minimal medium flow resistance. The pressure loss is much lower than that of gate valves, globe valves and check valves, achieving significant energy-saving effect under high-flow working conditions, and suitable for various large-diameter general pipelines.
7. Compact valve body and low operation and maintenance cost: The integral valve body is precision cast with compact structure, light weight and small installation space occupation. The soft seal valve seat has good elastic compensation ability and resistance to slight deformation. It is convenient for disassembly, inspection and maintenance, with low replacement cost of seals and simple later maintenance.
8. Suitable for clean media with targeted working condition adaptation: The fluoroplastic seal material is corrosion-resistant, non-scaling and pollution-free, suitable for clean particle-free media such as clean water, gas and light oil products. Different from metal hard seal butterfly valves, it is more suitable for medium-low temperature, normal-pressure and clean general working conditions with higher cost performance than special high-temperature and high-pressure valves.
