Utilizing a comprehensive fluorine-lining process, the internal cavity and the disc are fully encapsulated in high-performance fluoroplastics, completely isolating metal parts from the medium. The wafer design significantly compresses the installation footprint, making it ideal for semiconductor cooling, pharmaceutical thermal management, and specialty energy storage systems requiring extreme purity and corrosion resistance.
