The QZF-89 all-weather fireproof and explosion-proof breather valve is a safety protection device installed on the top of fixed roof tanks containing flammable and explosive liquids, integrating pressure/vacuum automatic regulation, flame arrestor, and explosion-proof functions. When the tank pressure exceeds the set value, the pressure disc opens to release excess gas; when the tank vacuum reaches the set value, the vacuum disc opens to admit air; the built-in flame arrestor layer effectively prevents external flames from entering the tank, stopping fire spread. This valve is primarily used for breathing protection of flammable and explosive liquid storage tanks (such as gasoline, benzene, alcohols, etc.) in petroleum, chemical and other industries. Its core purpose is to automatically balance tank pressure while providing fire and explosion protection, ensuring safe tank operation and compliance with environmental and fire safety regulations.

1. Integrated explosion-proof and flame arrestor design: Combines breather valve and flame arrestor functions with built-in stainless steel corrugated plate flame arrestor layer to effectively block flame propagation.

7. Easy maintenance: Removable flame arrestor core for cleaning, simple disc assembly disassembly for periodic inspection.
