The FZT flame arrestor vent cap is an integrated flame arresting and venting device installed on the vent ports of small tanks, fuel oil tanks, or high points of pipelines. It features a built-in stainless steel corrugated plate flame arrestor element, allowing free gas flow in and out of the tank due to pressure changes (breathing) while effectively preventing external flame ingress. The housing is available in aluminum alloy, cast steel, or stainless steel to suit general environments, highpressure or corrosive media, and highly corrosive or highpurity applications respectively. Its core purpose is to provide combined flame arrestor protection and atmospheric venting for small tanks in petroleum, chemical, gas stations, generator fuel tanks, small solvent storage tanks, and day tanks, maintaining tank pressure balance while preventing backfire explosions.

6. Easy maintenance: Removable flame arrestor element for cleaning; periodic removal of carbon deposits or impurities allows reuse without complete replacement.

7. Compact structure and light weight: Small footprint suitable for space-limited small tanks or equipment vent lines.

8. Compliant with relevant standards: Designed and manufactured according to GB 5908, ISO 16852 flame arrester standards and vent cap specifications.
