The HX7/HXF7 nozzle flame arrestor single breather valve is a one-way pressure-relief flame arrestor breather valve installed on the top of fixed roof tanks, featuring an external piping connection (with nozzle). It allows tank gas to vent outward only when overpressure occurs, while remaining tightly closed when the tank pressure is below the set value. The valve incorporates a built-in stainless steel corrugated plate flame arrestor core to effectively prevent external flame ingress, and directs the vented volatile vapors through the nozzle to a recovery system or flare line. Its core purpose is to automatically release excess gas at set pressure during tank filling or temperature rise to prevent overpressure deformation, while blocking flame propagation and directing the vented gas to centralized treatment facilities. It is suitable for tanks already equipped with independent gas intake devices or where air ingress is not permitted, meeting both environmental recovery and fire/explosion protection requirements.
