ZJHQ  pneumatic diaphragm three-way converging control valve is an industrial automation control valve consisting of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a three-way converging globe-style valve body. By receiving pneumatic signals from the control system (or standard 4-20mA DC signals converted via an electro-pneumatic positioner), the valve utilizes the thrust generated in the diaphragm chamber to drive the valve stem, moving the valve plug axially between two seats. Its unique two-inlet and one-outlet structural design is specifically used to mix two fluids of different temperatures, pressures, or concentrations into a single uniform fluid in a set proportion, achieving precise control over parameters such as the temperature and composition of the mixed medium. 7.Material and environmental adaptability:Valve body materials include grey cast iron (HT200), cast steel (ZG230-450), and stainless steel (ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti/CF8). Internal parts can be hardened to handle hot water, thermal oil, steam, and general corrosive media.
